Is it easy to return items?

So easy! Just enter your order email and search for your orders. Follow the instructions and, once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a downloadable shipping label via email. Please send your original order form along with your return for faster processing! 

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items have been received by our warehouse and are inspected by our team, your refund will be issued back to your original form of payment within 72 hours. From there, it may take 4-6 weeks to show up on your billing statement.

What items are returnable?

• Eligible items purchased within the last 14 days are eligible for returns. 

What items are non-returnable?

• Custom items marked as final sale.
• Jewelry and accessories.
• Sublimation transfers.

Who is responsible for return shipping?
