What is your return policy?

To start a return, visit our Returns Center.

If for any reason you do not love your purchase, please return the item, in its original, unused condition, within 7 days of your date of receipt for a store credit, less shipping costs. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or as store credit within 5-7 business days after we receive your package.


What do I do if I received a damaged item?

Contact TeamBlingz@yahoo.com and include a photo of the damage(s) within 7 days of receiving your item(s). We’ll contact you to resolve your issue as quickly and easily as possible!


I received the wrong item(s). What do I do?

Contact TeamBlingz@yahoo.com with a photo of the wrong item(s). We’ll contact you within 1 business day to resolve your issue as quickly and easily as possible.


Can I update my order before it has been shipped?

Contact TeamBlingz@yahoo.com with the information you would like to update. We’ll do our best to update your order, as long as it hasn’t been shipped. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes to your order as we usually ship orders within 1-2 business days of your order date, so please contact us as soon as you know you have an issue.


Can I cancel my order?

If you placed your order with standard shipping, we are sometimes able to cancel orders, if you contact us within 1 hour of placing the order (not including weekends). If you placed your order with expedited shipping, we are unfortunately unable to cancel your order since we prioritize those orders to get them to you on time. Please email us at TeamBlingz@yahoo.com as soon as you know you would like to cancel your order and we will do our best to assist you.


Do you fulfill custom requests?

We do our very best to support the businesses who shop with us. While we offer a wide array of blanks for sublimation printing and boutique apparel, gifts & accessories, we also realize that sometimes you may be looking for something specific that we do not currently offer.  We do manufacture our pieces and are able to fulfill custom orders in varying colors, sizes, or lengths, IF you have enough of a personal demand for an item or if we have enough of a demand from other shoppers. Please understand that we do not wish to be stuck with product that does not sell. So items will be added on an approved basis. Please email us to discuss the specifications of the items you are interested in. Please include any images you may have, as well as, colors, quantities, etc.

 

Can you lower the value of my international order package/mark as gift so I can avoid paying duties?

It is illegal for us to lower the value of international packages or mark them as gifts. Please help us follow all laws and regulations. We appreciate your cooperation!
